• PetWell Cayman does not directly provide veterinary or grooming services.
• All care is delivered by independent providers; PetWell Cayman is not responsible for treatment outcomes.

3. Payments
• Membership fees are charged in Cayman Islands Dollars (KYD).
• Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal, card processors).
• By joining, you authorize recurring billing (monthly or annual, depending on your plan).

3A. Fraud Prevention & Payment Verification
• All payments are subject to verification by PetWell Cayman and our authorized payment processors.
• Transactions flagged for unusual or high-risk activity may be delayed or declined pending review.
• PetWell Cayman reserves the right to cancel any membership or transaction found to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.
• Unauthorized use of another person’s credit or debit card is a criminal offense and will be reported to local authorities and the issuing bank.

• Members must ensure that their pets meet provider requirements (e.g., vaccinations, behavioral suitability).
• Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member household.

• PetWell Cayman is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from services provided by independent providers.
• Discounts and availability may vary by provider and are subject to change.

• Cancellations stop future billing but do not provide refunds for unused membership time.
